That which costs nothing holds little value.

A healthy body is the result of the time and effort dedicated to exercise and the preparation of nutritious food. A strong mind is cultivated through the hours spent in reading and study. Many costs do not require monetary payment; however, money provides a numerical value to all things on this planet, facilitating trade.

Money serves as the tradable medium for knowledge and effort.

The primary purpose of money is to assign a numerical value to knowledge and effort to facilitate trade. For instance, a law student exchanges money with an institution to acquire the knowledge necessary for their career. Subsequently, the knowledge that a lawyer has gained from their educators is exchanged for money, which can then be used to acquire the knowledge and services of others, even if those individuals do not require legal assistance.

Valuable things are never free; if they were, they would lack intrinsic worth.

If the Illuminati has no interest in profit, why not provide unlimited money to anyone who requests it? Why are the Testaments available for purchase when our organization could distribute copies to every citizen at no cost?

A house holds greater value than a handful of sand due to the effort and materials needed for its construction. Sand requires no knowledge, effort, or resources to obtain, which is why it is considered without value.

The words contained in the Testaments hold intrinsic value, as do the trees that must be harvested for the paper, the workers who contribute to the design, layout, and illustrations, the ink used for printing, and the packaging required for delivery. Hundreds of human minds, each with decades of experience, contribute to every aspect of the Testament’s production—yet some individuals merely stand on the sidelines, lamenting the costs associated with printing, designing, packaging, and delivering to their doorsteps. While the Illuminati has no need for profit, we also do not require the presence of those who fail to recognize the value of things that come at a cost.

Money holds little meaning for those who print it.

The Illuminati does not accept donations or membership fees of any kind. We do not require tithes or monetary pledges.
